Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the questions we hear most from new users. If you don’t find what you need, reach out via the Support menu in the app or the Contact page on the website.

Yes. After signing up you’ll receive a verification email — click the link before you can sign in. If it hasn’t arrived, check your spam folder or request a new one from the sign-in page.

An organization workspace is your company’s private area in PMG Tracker 360. All clients, tenders, projects, purchase orders, and team members belong to a workspace — data is never shared between workspaces.

Can I belong to more than one organization?

Section titled “Can I belong to more than one organization?”

Yes. If you’re invited to another organization’s workspace, it appears in the Workspace Switcher in the sidebar and you can move between workspaces freely.

Organization Owners and Admins invite team members by email from the Organization page. Invitees accept the invitation from their email (they must have a verified account), and you can assign their role (Admin, Manager, or Member) when inviting.

The Free plan allows one owned workspace; the Pro plan allows two. You can still join additional workspaces as a member via invitation on any plan.

Yes — Owners can transfer primary ownership to another member under Settings → Organization Ownership. The recipient must be a member with a verified email.

How do I turn a won tender into a project?

Section titled “How do I turn a won tender into a project?”

Open the awarded tender and click Create Project from Tender. Project details (name, client, and contract value) are pre-filled from the tender.

Tender numbers must be unique within your organization (two organizations may track the same tender). Purchase order numbers are unique across the entire platform — a PO number can never be reused by any organization.

Yes — the Reports module supports PDF and Excel exports for tender registers, submission trends, and per-client summaries.

See Subscription & Billing for the full comparison of owned workspaces, team seats, and storage across plans.

Only the Owner can delete a workspace, and it requires typing the workspace’s name to confirm. Deletion permanently archives the workspace’s tenders, projects, purchase orders, and memberships.

Use the Workspace Switcher at the top of the sidebar and select the workspace you want. If an organization doesn’t appear there, you either haven’t accepted its invitation yet or you’ve been removed from it — contact the workspace Owner.

Check which workspace you’re signed into via the sidebar switcher — dashboards, tenders, and reports show data for the active workspace only.

Use the Support link inside the app to report the issue (include the page and what you were doing), or reach out through the website’s Contact page.
