Quickstart Guide

Welcome to PMG Tracker 360 — an end-to-end procurement and tendering management platform for organizations, sub-contractors, and enterprise teams.

With PMG Tracker 360, you can centralize your client directory, manage public and private tender submissions, track awarded bids, convert won tenders into operational projects, and issue purchase orders with budget auditing.

  • Multiple workspaces — manage one or more organization workspaces, each with its own client directory and tendering pipeline.
  • End-to-end procurement flow — link Tenders → Awarded Tenders → Projects → Purchase Orders.
  • Team roles — simple permissions across Owner, Admin, Manager, and Member roles so everyone does what they’re meant to.
  • Interactive calendar — track tender closing dates, submission deadlines, and PO delivery timelines in a single view.
  • Reports & analytics — monitor win/loss ratios, allocated vs. remaining project budgets, and total procurement expenditure (exportable as PDF/Excel).

Step 1: Create an account & verify your email

Section titled “Step 1: Create an account & verify your email”
  1. Open the PMG Tracker app and click Sign Up.
  2. Enter your display name, business email, and a secure password.
  3. Check your inbox and click the verification link in the email we send you — your account is only usable after your email is verified.

[!NOTE] You can also sign in with Google — no password needed. If you requested a magic link or 6-digit passcode instead, you’ll receive it by email.

On your first login you land on the Onboarding Wizard:

  • Create an organization — enter your company name; a unique web address for your workspace is created for you.
  • Join an existing organization — accept the invitation your colleague sent you (from your email or the invitation link).

Every client, tender, project, and purchase order belongs to an organization workspace. If your account belongs to more than one workspace, use the Workspace Switcher in the sidebar to move between them. See Onboarding & Workspace Setup for details.

  1. Go to Clients in the side navigation and click New Client. Enter the buyer’s organization name, contact details, and tax information.
  2. Go to Tenders and click Create Tender. Link the tender to your client, set the closing date, attach specifications, and set the status to open (or evaluation once submitted). See Tender & Bid Management for the full guide.

Step 4: Convert awarded tenders to projects & POs

Section titled “Step 4: Convert awarded tenders to projects & POs”

When your bid is successful:

  1. Update the tender status to Awarded.
  2. Click Create Project from Tender to initialize an active project.
  3. Issue Purchase Orders to sub-contractors or suppliers from the project detail page.

See Projects & Execution Tracking and Purchase Orders for the full workflows.
