Everyday definitions
Section titled “Everyday definitions”Workspace
Section titled “Workspace”Your company’s private area in PMG Tracker 360. It holds your clients, tenders, projects, purchase orders, and team members. No one outside your workspace can see its data.
Client
Section titled “Client”The buyer or organization that publishes tenders or buys from you — for example, a municipality, government department, state-owned company, or private business.
Tender (bid, RFP, RFQ)
Section titled “Tender (bid, RFP, RFQ)”An opportunity where a buyer asks suppliers to submit a proposal. You record it in PMG Tracker 360 with its closing date, value, and documents.
Closing date
Section titled “Closing date”The deadline for submitting your bid. PMG Tracker 360 can remind you 48 and 24 hours before it.
Awarded bid (won tender)
Section titled “Awarded bid (won tender)”A tender that the buyer has formally given to your company. An awarded tender can be converted into a project.
Project
Section titled “Project”The delivery phase that starts when you win a tender. It tracks milestones, documents, and purchase orders against the contract value.
Purchase order (PO)
Section titled “Purchase order (PO)”The document you send to a supplier or sub-contractor to order goods or services. Every PO is tracked against a project’s budget.
Milestone
Section titled “Milestone”A stage of a project (for example, Site survey, Equipment delivery, Final sign-off) with a target date and progress.
Returnable documents
Section titled “Returnable documents”The compliance paperwork a buyer requires with your bid — for example, a Tax Clearance Pin, B-BBEE certificate, COIDA certificate, or CSD registration.
Your subscription tier (Free, Starter, or Pro). It sets limits such as how many workspaces you can own, team seats, and storage.
Status reference
Section titled “Status reference”| Status | Applies to | What it means |

| Open | Tender | Bid is being prepared; documents and pricing are being compiled. |
| Evaluation | Tender | Bid submitted; the buyer is reviewing it. |
| Closed | Tender | Closing date passed or the opportunity was cancelled. |
| Awarded | Tender | Bid won; ready to become a project. |
| Lost | Tender | Bid was not awarded to your company. |
| Active | Project | Delivery is underway. |
| Draft / Sent / Delivered | Purchase Order | Not yet sent / sent to the supplier / received and signed off. |
