Projects & Delivery
Once a tender is Awarded, the delivery phase begins. A project is where you track everything involved in delivering the contract: milestones, documents, and purchase orders.
1. Turn a won tender into a project
Section titled “1. Turn a won tender into a project”- Click Tenders in the left menu and open the Awarded tender.
- Click Create Project from Tender.
- PMG Tracker 360 fills in the project for you automatically:
- Project name — taken from the tender title.
- Client — linked to the same buyer.
- Contract value — pre-filled from the winning bid.
- Add a project manager and set your start and target completion dates.
- Click Save.
Your project now appears under Projects in the left menu.
2. Track milestones
Section titled “2. Track milestones”Inside any project (open it from the Projects page):
- Add milestones — break the contract into stages (for example, Site survey, Phase 1 equipment delivery, Installation & testing, Final sign-off).
- For each milestone, set a target date, track its progress (%), and note who is responsible.
3. Documents & files
Section titled “3. Documents & files”- Upload signed handover certificates, delivery notes, and progress reports to the project.
- Everything is kept together in one place with a clear history, so stakeholders can see what was submitted and when.
4. Project statuses

|---|---|
| Active | The project is being delivered. |
| On Hold | Delivery is paused (for example, waiting for site access). |
