Reports & Analytics
The Reports page turns your data into easy-to-read numbers and charts, so you can see how your tendering is going at a glance.
1. Key numbers you’ll see
Section titled “1. Key numbers you’ll see”Open Reports in the left menu to see:
- Total value of bids submitted — the combined value of everything you’ve submitted in the selected period.
- Awarded contract value — the total value of tenders you’ve won.
- Win rate — the percentage of your bids that were won (won bids ÷ submitted bids).
- Budget used — how much of your project contract budgets is committed to purchase orders.
2. Charts
Section titled “2. Charts”- Tenders by status — a breakdown of your tenders (Open, Evaluation, Awarded, Lost, Closed).
- Revenue vs. spending by month — awarded values compared to purchase order commitments.
- Top clients by value — which buyers have awarded you the most work.
3. Exporting reports
Section titled “3. Exporting reports”- PDF — download a summary report you can share in meetings or keep for records.
- Excel — download the raw data to analyse it in a spreadsheet.
