Getting Started — Your First Login

When you sign in to PMG Tracker 360 for the first time, we’ll walk you through setting up your workspace. This guide explains each step in plain language.

  1. Go to the PMG Tracker 360 website and click Sign Up (top right).
  2. Enter your full name, email address, and a password.
  3. Click Create Account.

We’ll send a verification email to the address you provided. Click the link inside it — your account is only active once your email is verified. (No email? Check your spam folder, or use the Continue with Google button instead — no password or verification needed.)

2. Set up your workspace (your company’s private area)

Section titled “2. Set up your workspace (your company’s private area)”

After your first sign-in, you’ll be asked to set up your workspace. A workspace is your company’s private area inside PMG Tracker 360 — it holds your clients, tenders, projects, purchase orders, and team members. Nobody outside your workspace can see your data.

Create a workspace:

  1. Enter your company name (for example, Solar Tech Solutions).
  2. Choose a workspace web address (we’ll suggest one automatically — you can change it later).
  3. Pick your industry (for example, Renewable Energy, Construction, IT Infrastructure).
  4. Click Create Workspace.

[!NOTE] As the person who creates the workspace, you are its Owner. You’ll have full control over settings, billing, and team members.

3. Join an existing workspace (if your team invited you)

Section titled “3. Join an existing workspace (if your team invited you)”

If a colleague already uses PMG Tracker 360 and has invited you:

  1. Open the invitation email they sent you.
  2. Click the Accept Invitation link in the email.
  3. If you already have an account, you’ll be signed in and the workspace will be added to your account.
  4. If you don’t have an account yet, create one first — you’ll be added to the workspace automatically.

If your account belongs to more than one workspace (for example, you work with two companies):

  1. Look at the top of the left menu — you’ll see your current workspace’s name.
  2. Click it to open the Workspace Switcher.
  3. Pick the workspace you want to view.

Everything on screen — dashboard, tenders, projects, clients — instantly switches to show that workspace’s data. Don’t worry, nothing is ever mixed up between workspaces.
